How long does shipping take?
We aim to send out orders in 5-7 working days, and we use Royal Mail 48 hour postage. So you should expect your items in 7-10 working days.

All items are individually picked, packed and posted, so please bear with us on this!
Which product(s) are right for me?
All our product listings have a description of how and when to use them.
If you're unsure, we recommend starting with The Ultimate Planner Pad, and then adding extras to your system as you learn about how you work best.
Are Untangl-d products eco-friendly?
All our products and packaging are manufactured in the UK and packaged by hand.
Recyclability is under review, but we use recycled materials where possible.
What if items are out of stock/ on pre-order
Due to our current manufacturers, sometimes there is a wait while our beautiful pads are being made.

As soon as they arrive with us, we get them shipped off to you.
And we will keep you updated through this process.
Do you accept returns
If you receive a defective product, please get in touch and we can send out a replacement at no extra cost.

However, due to the size of the business, at this stage we are not able to accept returns.
