Returns & Refund Policy

1. Change of Mind (UK Distance Selling Regulations)

• You have 14 days from delivery to notify us if you wish to return an item.

• After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

2. Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• We recommend using a tracked service, as lost returns cannot be refunded.

3. Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or an exchange can be requested.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of postage.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, email hello@untangl-d.com with photos within 14 days.

• We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund (including postage costs).

5. Non-Returnable Items

• At this time, we do not sell any non-returnable items. If in future we offer custom/personalised goods, they will be excluded unless faulty.
