1. Change of Mind (UK Distance Selling Regulations)

You have 14 days from delivery to notify us if you wish to return an item.

After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
2. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as lost returns cannot be refunded.
3. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or an exchange can be requested.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of postage.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email hello@untangl-d.com with photos within 14 days.

We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund (including postage costs).
5. Non-Returnable Items

At this time, we do not sell any non-returnable items. If in future we offer custom/personalised goods, they will be excluded unless faulty.
